Why can't I sell physical goods with Xolo Leap?

The main reasons why we don't support selling physical goods are:

  • Xolo does not have sufficient knowledge of the field, as it is a complex area with several regulations and laws

  • It has a more complex EU VAT system than the standard one

  • It requires additional features, such as inventory

Our biggest challenge regarding support for physical goods and drop-shipping is the implementation from a service delivery point of view. It is incredibly different from our current focus. We do get a lot of requests for this type of business and we see a gap which can be filled, but to be clear about expectations, it is unlikely that Xolo will launch this service in the near future.
