Are there any additional fees related to the Xolo Go bank account or payments?

The business bank account is included by default with each Xolo Go account and there are no fees associated with opening the account or its maintenance.

SEPA payment: This is the preferred way to receive payments from your end customers because it's the fastest and cheapest option to transfer euros in the Single Euro Payments Area.

Card payment: We use Stripe as a card payments service provider, and to offset their processing fees, there's an additional fee that varies between 1.2% + €0.25 and 3.25% + €0.25 depending on which card the remitter uses.

International/SWIFT payment: There can be considerable additional fees related to SWIFT payments! The fees depend on the sending bank, the intermediary bank(s), the used currency, and the preferences of the sender. If the payment is sent from a so-called risk country (see here), then there can be an additional foreign payment service fee of 100 EUR on top of SWIFT fees.

All additional bank fees incurred from receiving customer payments will be deducted from your payout amount.
