Xolo handles the first two steps. To join REPEP, you must:
- Register with the Canary Islands Tax Agency through Model 400, indicating that you will join REPEP.
- Also, be registered with Hacienda.
- Income control: Ensure that you do not exceed the annual income limit of €30,000.
