Timely responses:

• Respond promptly to messages and project invitations
• If you're unable to commit to a project, inform the other party promptly

Clear communication:

• Communicate your expectations, deliverables, and timelines
• Ask for clarification when needed and provide feedback constructively

Report violations:

• Report any inappropriate behavior, violations, or suspicious activities at support@xolo.io
• Our team will investigate and take appropriate action

Constructive feedback:

• Constructively provide feedback to help improve the platform at support@xolo.io

• Familiarize yourself with Xolo’s overall terms of service and guidelines
• Comply with the platform's policies to ensure a positive user experience
