The expense reimbursement process works as follows:
- You pay for the expense to the vendor from your personal funds
- You upload the expense document to the Xolo Go dashboard
- Once there are sufficient funds in your Xolo Go balance, the expense will be reimbursed to your personal bank account by Xolo Go
