What will happen with my account information?

If you are a customer, you'll be able to download all your Xolo data directly from your self-service. We'd encourage you to do this before July 31st, as your account access will end when your subscription is terminated.

We will also send all this information via email as well in case you weren’t able to download it from your profile.

To download your information:

1. Go to your Reports section > Data export tab > click on Export.
2. A zip file should be generated. This might take up to a few minutes.
3. Click on the generated link to download your information.
