Renta Add-On in Subscription Plans

We’re launching a new option that lets new Xolo Spain customers include their annual personal Renta filing directly in their subscription for a small monthly fee. Please review the terms of this offer:

1. Who can use this offer?

This Renta add-on is available to:
• New customers activating their Xolo Spain account on or after December 10, 2025
• Subscribers to the Starter or Global plan

This offer is not available for Lite customers (Renta not included) or Premium customers (Renta already included).

It applies to users in both Mainland Spain and the Canary Islands (VAT applies only in Mainland).

2. What’s included in the offer?

Eligible customers may include their annual personal Renta filing within their subscription by paying an additional €6/month, which becomes part of their regular monthly plan price.

Included Renta types:
• Basic
• Complex

Not included:
• All-Inclusive Renta (extra fee applies)
• Spouse filings

As informed in Xolo’s public Spain web.

3. Are there any conditions?

Yes — to benefit from this offer, you agree to the following:

Minimum subscription period

You commit to staying with Xolo for at least 6 consecutive months from activation.
The €6/month add-on applies from the start of your subscription.

Plan changes

Plan changes between Starter, Global, and Premium are possible, taking into account the Renta service conditions of each plan. Each plan change request will be reviewed by our team.

4. When does data collection for Renta begin?

Data gathering, document requests, and tax preparation will begin during the official filing period set by Agencia Tributaria, between: April 2026 and June 2026

This applies both to your first filing and all following years while the add-on remains active.

5. What happens if I leave before completing 6 months?

If your Renta has NOT been submitted:

→ No extra charges apply.

→ The €6/month Renta add-on payments already made are non-refundable.

If your Renta HAS been submitted:

→ A fixed charge applies based on the Renta type filed:
• Basic: €50 + VAT
• Complex: €90 + VAT
• All-Inclusive: €190 + VAT

This applies regardless of whether you stayed for 2, 3, or 5 months.

6. What happens after the 6-month period?

After completing the first 6 months:
• Your subscription continues normally.

• The €6/month Renta add-on remains included as part of your plan price.

• You will continue to receive one personal Renta filing per year at the same monthly price — unless Xolo updates its pricing in the future.

• If you ultimately decide not to file your Renta with Xolo, the €6/month Renta add-on payments are non-refundable.

7. Price stability and future changes

The subscription price (including the €6/month add-on) remains the same after the first 6 months, unless Xolo updates its pricing later.
Xolo reserves the right to modify subscription pricing following standard communication procedures.

8. Can this offer be modified or withdrawn?

Yes. Xolo may update, extend, or discontinue this offer at any time.
Anyone who joined before the changes take effect will retain the conditions active at the moment of signup.
