If you notice that your card is misplaced, notify the Estonian authorities immediately and your certificates will be closed. Your PIN codes should always be kept secure and we recommend memorising them instead of writing them down in an easily accessible place.
Your card doesn’t allow access to your e-services (such as your bank account or the online business portal) without your PIN-codes.
In case your e-Residency ID card gets lost, or stolen, the the card can be blocked immediately by calling +372 677 3377.
