1. Eligibility
This promotion is available to users who:
- Created a Xolo Italy account, and
- Do not have an active paid Xolo Italy subscription as of December 16, 2025.
❗ This promotion is not available to users with an active paid subscription.
2. Offer Details
Eligible users receive:
- One (1) free month of their selected Xolo Italy monthly subscription plan, corresponding to January 2026 (“Free Month”).
To redeem the offer:
- Users must activate their subscription on or before December 31, 2025
The offer applies exclusively to monthly subscription plans.
3. Subscription Activation & December Access
Users may activate their subscription in December 2025 in order to:
- Complete onboarding
- Receive support and prepare for opening their Partita IVA
No subscription fees are charged for December 2025.
December 2025 is considered an activation and preparation period, not a billed subscription month.
4. How the Free Month Works
- The subscription is activated in December 2025.
- The Free Month applies to the January 2026 billing period.
- Billing will begin in February 2026, unless the user cancels in accordance with these Terms.
5. Minimum Commitment
By redeeming this promotion, users agree to maintain an active paid subscription for a minimum period of six (6) consecutive months, starting from January 2026.
If the subscription is cancelled before the completion of this minimum period, Xolo reserves the right to charge an early termination fee of €50 plus applicable VAT.
6. Restrictions
This promotion:
- Applies only to new paying users
- Cannot be applied to an existing subscription
Cannot be used to reduce the price of an active subscription
Cannot be used to extend or modify an ongoing subscription
Only one promotional benefit may be applied per subscription signup.
7. Subscription Plans & Geographic Availability
- The promotion applies to all available Xolo Italy monthly subscription plans, including Flat-Rate and Simplified.
- This promotion is valid only in Italy.
- Local taxes, including VAT where applicable, are applied according to standard regulations and are not affected by this promotion.
8. After the Free Month
After the Free Month ends:
- The subscription continues automatically at the standard monthly price of the selected plan.
- Standard billing terms apply unless the user cancels in accordance with the Minimum Commitment.
No additional discounts apply unless explicitly stated in another promotion.
9. Combination with Other Offers
This promotion cannot be combined with:
- Other discounts
- Referral rewards
Promotional offers
10. Changes or Withdrawal
Xolo reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time.
Any changes will not affect subscriptions activated before such changes take effect.
11. Fraud Prevention
Xolo reserves the right to revoke this promotion in cases of misuse, fraud, or abuse, including but not limited to:
- Self-referrals
- Creation of multiple accounts
- Attempts to bypass eligibility requirements
In such cases, Xolo may cancel affected subscriptions or apply standard subscription fees.
