The number of invoices you can issue and record each month depends on your Xolo plan. Here’s an overview of the limits:

Starter Plan

• Purchase invoices: up to 20 per month
• Sales invoices: up to 50 per month
• Additional limit: valid for up to 12 months from company establishment and/or €4,000 total lifetime sales revenue
• Once this limit is exceeded, your plan is automatically upgraded to Standard or Pro.
  
  

Standard Plan

• Purchase invoices: up to 20 per month
• Sales invoices: up to 50 per month
• Designed for businesses with modest, ongoing activity
  
  

Pro Plan

• Purchase invoices: up to 50 per month
• Sales invoices: up to 500 per month (automated)
• Suited for growing businesses with higher transaction volumes
  
  

Premium Plan

• Purchase invoices: 50+ per month
• Sales invoices: 500+ per month
• Custom pricing may apply depending on the complexity and volume of your business
