The number of invoices you can issue and record each month depends on your Xolo plan. Here’s an overview of the limits:
Starter Plan
- Purchase invoices: up to 20 per month
- Sales invoices: up to 50 per month
- Additional limit: valid for up to 12 months from company establishment and/or €4,000 total lifetime sales revenue
- Once this limit is exceeded, your plan is automatically upgraded to Standard or Pro.
Standard Plan
- Purchase invoices: up to 20 per month
- Sales invoices: up to 50 per month
- Designed for businesses with modest, ongoing activity
Pro Plan
- Purchase invoices: up to 50 per month
- Sales invoices: up to 500 per month (automated)
- Suited for growing businesses with higher transaction volumes
Premium Plan
- Purchase invoices: 50+ per month
- Sales invoices: 500+ per month
- Custom pricing may apply depending on the complexity and volume of your business
