What is the process for contractor identity verification?

All contractors that are receiving funds via Xolo need to go through a simple identity verification process. For that, your contractors need to have a working camera and their government-issued identity document on hand. It should not take longer than 10 minutes to complete the process. If there are any issues with a contractor’s verification, then Xolo will reach out to you via email.
