You can cancel your Xolo subscription at any time without hassle. To do so, simply click on your profile in the right corner below > Xolo Hub > My businesses > Plan & Billing > Click on "End Subscription".
Alternatively, you can also send us a message directly to ayuda@xolo.io with the subject: "Unsubscribe from Xolo".
Request your cancellation and detail why you want to stop being a Xolo customer.
As stated in the service agreement, you need to give us 30 days notice in order for us to process your unsubscription from the Xolo service.
PLEASE NOTE: Unsubscribing from Xolo does not mean that we will process your autónomo deregistration or file any pending declarations. More info.
