First of all, you will have to access the reserved area of the Revenue Agency website (www.agenziaentrate.gov.it) through your SPID (or alternatively CIE or CNS).
Once you have accessed the portal, you will see the screen below from which you can access the "SERVICES" section:
From here you can view a whole series of services that the Agency's portal can offer you (Tax drawer, Cadastral consultations, etc.). Here we will be interested in accessing the "ELECTRONIC INVOICING" service:
Once you have accessed the service, the next step will be to enter the section relating to invoices related to your VAT number through the "INVOICES AND FEES" button:
You will now be in the service related to your VAT number and from here you can have access to everything related to your electronically sent/received invoices. By clicking on the box of the " Registrazione dell'indirizzo telematico dove ricevere tutte le fatture elettroniche " you will access the final phase of the process:
Through the next step, we will enter the codice destinatario "M5UXCR1" to send the invoices you will receive from your Italian Suppliers to us at Xolo for accounting, without you having to upload them to your personal profile each time.
To confirm that the operation was successful, the new codice destinatario will appear as shown below.
