They must be work-related, i.e., you must have eaten out because you were doing a job and not for leisure.
How to justify them?
A simplified invoice with your details and a bank receipt proving card payment of the expense (or a full invoice).
An email or other proof showing that you and the client agreed to meet at a certain place and time.
