We’re excited to offer new customers the chance to start managing their business with Xolo Lite for just €1. Before getting started, please review the terms of this promotional offer:
1. What’s included in the offer?
If you activate a Xolo Lite subscription between January 7 and January 31, 2026 (inclusive), you’ll receive your first month for €1 + VAT instead of the standard price of €15 + VAT.
VAT does not apply to customers in the Canary Islands.
This promotion applies exclusively to the Xolo Lite plan of Spain.
2. Are there any conditions?
No. There is no minimum subscription commitment required to benefit from this Xolo Lite Plan promotion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, in accordance with Xolo’s general terms and conditions.
3. Autónomo registration
If you request Xolo to register you as an autónomo under the Lite plan, a one-time registration fee of €50 + VAT will apply. This fee is not included in the promotional price.
4. How does the promotional month work?
If you activate your account on or before January 24th:
→ That month will be considered your first promotional month, and you will pay €1 + VAT.
If you activate your account on or after January 25th, and during the promotion period:
→ You will receive the rest of that month + the entire following month for €1 + VAT.
After the promotional month ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard Lite plan price of €15/month + VAT, unless you cancel your subscription following the service agreement of 30 days notice.
5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrading from Lite
Yes, you may upgrade your plan at any time.
If you upgrade during your promotional period, the €1 promotional price will no longer apply.
You will be charged the price difference between the standard Lite plan (€15 + VAT) and the price of the new plan you select.
From that point onwards, your subscription will follow the pricing and billing cycle of the upgraded plan.
Downgrading
Xolo Lite is the lowest available plan and cannot be downgraded further.
If you upgrade during your promotional period and downgrade back on that same period to Lite:
The €1 promotional price will not be reinstated
The standard Lite price (€15 + VAT) will apply from the moment you return to Lite
The promotional €1 price applies only if you remain on the Xolo Lite plan for the entire promotional period without upgrading.
6. What happens if I cancel early?
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel during or after the promotional period, no additional penalties apply.
You will not be charged future subscription fees after cancellation.
Any fees already paid (including the €1 promotional charge or autónomo registration fee, if applicable) are non-refundable.
7. Can this offer be modified or withdrawn?
Yes. Xolo reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Customers who activate their Xolo Lite subscription during the promotion will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of activation.
