You will receive your payout to your bank account (the one you added on the Xolo platform) within 30 days after your contact becomes an active customer.
Why? In Xolo, a newly referred user becomes an "active customer" after paying their first subscription invoice; for this reason, this period of time must elapse. If you have any questions about your payout, please write to assistenza@xolo.io. As always, we will not hesitate to support you.
