FAQs
Got questions? We've got answers!
Here are a few of our most popular ones to get you started:
During the onboarding process, we'll ask you to enter into a partnership agreement with us (Xolo). Don't worry, it's nothing binding. But it does allow you to use our framework to legally invoice clients, collect payments, reimburse business expenses and withdraw earnings to your personal bank account.
Xolo Go supports freelancers and solopreneurs offering professional services. Software developers, IT experts, business consultants, marketing and sale gurus, designers, writers, and translators — to name just a few.
We can't yet support businesses who fall under any of the following categories:
Xolo's products aren't a good fit for two distinct types of people:
With Xolo Go, you can easily invoice B2B clients in 186 countries (basically any country that aren’t on any international sanctions lists).
You can also team up with other Go users and bill companies in all of the 186 aforementioned countries for larger projects using Xolo Teams
When you first sign up for Xolo Go we'll ask you to provide the IBAN number for your personal bank account. Once you've got money on your account, you can make withdrawals from the business bank account Xolo provides for you to your personal bank account whenever you'd like. Payments are executed within one business day, so you'll have your money in no time!
Surprisingly simple! We'll ask you a few questions about your business to make sure Xolo is a good fit. We'll also verify your identity with the help of our partners at Veriff. You'll need a valid photo ID and a working camera for this step.
Xolo Go only deals with Value Added Tax (VAT). We automatically calculate the VAT owed based on your client's location and add it to each invoice. As much as we'd like to, we aren't yet able to help with your taxes. But we do make tax time simpler in that you can download earnings reports directly from your Xolo Go dashboard. Forward the report to your accountant and watch how quickly you become their favorite client!
In exchange for our services we charge a flat-rate fee of 5% and 0.9% processing fee whenever you withdraw funds to your personal bank account. We also charge a 5% fee and 0.9% processing fee on any business-related purchases that you expense through your Xolo Go dashboard (hello, lower tax bill). But there are no subscriptions, long-term contracts, or unpleasant surprise fees. We only get paid when you get paid.
Xolo Go is a favorite solution for freelancers whose workloads tend to ebb and flow. If you're having a slow period, your Xolo Go account will be waiting for you whenever you decide to start invoicing again (at no extra charge). If you decide Xolo Go isn't right for you, you can close your account right from your account dashboard
