How and when will I receive my voucher?

You will receive your voucher to your email address (the one you registered with on the Xolo platform) the following month, within a period of one month from when your contact becomes an active customer. Why? In Xolo, a new user becomes an "active customer" after paying the first month of subscription, for this reason it is necessary that this period of time elapses.
