How often do I need to provide my expense documents to Xolo?

Ideally you'll submit your expense documents to Xolo immediately after the purchase transaction has concluded. Once you have received the document from the vendor, just forward it to Xolo via email and that’s all there is to it!

If the one-at-a-time approach isn't a good fit for you, please upload or send your expense documents to Xolo at least once every month. Please upload your expense docs for the previous month within the first week of the following month. For example, be sure to upload your expense docs for June within the first week of July.

You can upload your documents via Xolo self-service or you can choose to send them to your dedicated Xolo expense email address. We'll need them to make sure the expenses you’ve incurred qualify as approved business expenses.
