When someone you refer becomes an active Xolo customer, you can choose how to receive your referral reward. This option is available to eligible Xolo Spain and Xolo Italy customers.
If you’ve had successful referrals, we’ll notify you via email at the end of the month and provide an option to choose your reward:
- Cash: paid to your bank account.
- Xolo subscription discount: applied to your upcoming subscription payments. We’ll apply the maximum possible amount to each payment until the full reward has been used.
Your reward has the same value whichever option you choose: €50 for you and €50 for your referred friend. You can make a new choice each month. If you don’t make a selection, your reward will automatically be paid as cash to your bank account.
The person you refer will receive their standard referral reward as a cash payment after successfully activating.
Rewards are issued within 30 days of the successful activation (meaning their first subscription invoice has been paid) of the person you referred.
All other Xolo referral programme terms continue to apply. The campaign is active from September 2026 to November 2026. Xolo reserves the right to discontinue or extend the campaign at any time.
