The payment methods available to pay the Xolo subscription are:

  • Credit card
  • Direct debit (SEPA)

Xolo’s subscription is charged every 1st day of the month automatically to the payment method that you’ve entered on our platform. To change or update it:

  • Click on your company’s name on the left side of the Dashboard footer
  • Select ‘Manage your account’
  • Navigate to the ‘My Business’ menu and select ‘Payment methods’
  • Add new card details to the ‘Update payment methods’ area

⚠️ Make sure your payment method is always updated and that you have sufficient funds in your bank account.
