Can I receive direct payments to my Xolo Go account from another Go user?

Yes.

Xolo Go user can receive a direct payment within the platform from another Go user to get paid for the services provided. In order to receive a payment from another Go user you should:

  • Create a new customer. Please be reminded to add your customer’s full Go account name, VAT number, correct billing address and contact e-mail.

  • Issue a sales invoice to the other Go user and send it to him/her.

Once the Go user, whom you billed, has uploaded the invoice to his/her Xolo Go account as an expense document, the invoice will be directly paid from your customer’s Xolo Go account to your Xolo Go account.
