How to request a 35% reduction on social security contributions for traders and/or artisans

Last updated: May 04, 2023

In this guide, we will show you all the steps you will need to take to request a 35% reduction in contributions to be paid to the Artisans and Traders Management. It is very important that you request this reduction for your contributions, we cannot do it for you!

First of all, to submit the application for the 35% reduction in contributions, you will need to access the following site: Cassetto Previdenziale Artigiani e Commercianti (or, from the INPS home page, click on "Enter My INPS"). Obviously first you will need to be sure that you have received communication from INPS, pec or registered letter, of your registration.

Once the website has opened, you will find a form to fill in to enter your personal area, you will then need to enter your Tax Code and INPS PIN and click on "Login". Now, you've officially entered your Social Security Drawer.

At this point you will have a menu on the left and you will have to proceed by selecting the "Telematized Questions" item from the menu. Attention: in some cases nothing is displayed in "Telematized questions" but only a white screen or a non-registration error for management, for this problem, INPS has provided the following response: "to guarantee the regular functioning of the presentation of Telematized questions it is necessary that the popups are active”, but this is not always a solution. If the problem persists, please contact INPS directly.

At this point enter your contact details if not yet present and at the bottom of the page, select the Company Code for which you want to present the reduction, often only one position will appear in the menu, then select it!

Subsequently, the possibility of sending electronic applications will be activated, from the menu on the left select "Adesione Regime Egevolato" (or renounce if you want to renounce the 35% reduction) and then save.
