We’re excited to offer you one month of Xolo Spain Global plan, for free! Before getting started, please review the terms of this special offer:
1. What’s included in the offer?
- If you activate a Xolo Spain Global subscription from August 21, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (inclusive), you’ll receive your first month for free, saving you up to €59.
- This offer applies only to the Global plan and is available to new customers activating their Xolo account for the first time, as well as to users who have signed up but have not yet made their first payment with Xolo.
2. Are there any conditions?
Yes — in order to benefit from this offer, you agree to the following conditions:
- Minimum subscription period: You commit to using Xolo Spain for at least 6 consecutive months starting from the date of activation.
- Early cancellation fee: If you cancel your subscription before completing 6 months, you will be charged the standard monthly fee for the previously free month. In addition, if we also assisted you with your Autónomo registration, an extra penalty fee of €50 + VAT will apply.
- Upgrade or downgrade requests: You may request to change your plan. In case of a downgrade, you will be charged the price difference between your new plan and the Global plan for the remaining months of the 6-month minimum period. Upgrade requests are processed immediately and are not subject to this condition.
3. How does the free period work?
- Your free period starts immediately upon activating your Xolo Global subscription.
- If you activate your account on or before the 25th of any month during the promotional period, your free month offer will apply to the remaining days of that same calendar month.
📌 Example: If you subscribe on August 20, your free month period runs from August 20 to August 31. - If you activate your account after the 26th of the month during the promotion period, you will receive the rest of that month plus the entire following month for free.
📌 Example: If you subscribe on August 27, your free period will last until September 30. - After the free period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4. Can the offer be modified or withdrawn?
Yes. Xolo reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. However, customers who have already joined under the offer will retain their eligibility.
5. Coexistence of offers
If you already have another discount applicable to the first month of the Global plan, this free month promotion will take precedence. In such cases, the free month offer will apply, and the less beneficial discount will not be applied.
