Your reward is paid to the bank account you added on the Xolo platform, within 30 days* after your referred contact becomes an active customer.
A referred user becomes an "active customer" once they pay their first subscription invoice — that's why this period needs to elapse before the reward is issued. If they joined through a promotion that includes free subscription months, the 30 days start from their first actual subscription payment.
