Xolo provides contractors with a dashboard and business tools to manage their funds. When the money arrives in contractors' Xolo accounts, they can choose whether they keep the money in the Xolo account for awhile, withdraw it, use it for expense reimbursements, or combine all 3 options.
It also depends on whether they want to withdraw money from the Xolo platform as a private individual or registered independent contractor. If they take it out as a private individual, they can simply withdraw the preferred amount. If they want to take it out as an independent contractor, they need to issue an invoice to Xolo for the amount they want to take out and upload it to the Xolo platform. After that, Xolo makes the payout according to their invoice.
