Yes — your autónomo registration is complete and legally effective, even if you haven't received your NUSS (Número de la Seguridad Social) yet. The General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS) can take between 1 and 10 business days to issue the official registration resolution or send the email confirming your number.

This delay doesn't affect your activity: you can issue invoices to your clients and record your deductible expenses from day one, without waiting for the document to arrive. If you'd like to check your assigned number proactively, you can do so through the Social Security portal.
