Are there any fees related to the expense reimbursement feature?

In exchange for our services, we charge our users a flat rate of 5% on all outgoing payments. Eligible payments include reimbursement for business expenses and withdrawals to the user's personal bank account.

If you use the expense reimbursement feature, then a 5% Xolo Go support fee will be automatically deducted from the expense reimbursement payment.

To be clear, the Xolo Go support fee is exclusively deducted from the reimbursement payment. So if you've recently uploaded expense documents to your Xolo Go dashboard, but currently have insufficient funds to reimburse the expenses, don't worry! We only collect the support fee from the final reimbursement payment.
