If you buy something related to your freelance business, keep in mind that it could be tax-deductible (see what you can deduct), and if so:
Ask for an invoice or receipt from the vendor that you purchased the product or service from bought the product/service from.
To send a digital copy of the invoice or receipt to Xolo you have 2 options:
Ask the supplier to send the invoice directly to your Xolo expense email address or forward it yourself.
Upload the invoice on Xolo’s online platform
You’re all set! We will check that everything is in order. If you receive a notification it's because you need to clarify something about that expense. You will be able to reply from your dashboard in the "Requires your attention" section 🔔.
