Social Security sends its notifications directly to you, not to Xolo. We don't receive them and can't manage them on your behalf, so it's a good idea to check them yourself periodically. It works exactly the same way with the Tax Agency (Hacienda): each public authority communicates with you on its own.
Keep it in mind: a notification you don't open in time can be considered delivered anyway, and that can mean surcharges and interest.
To view these notifications, you need a means of electronic identification. Our recommendation is a digital certificate, though Cl@ve or DNIe also work. 👉 How to request your digital certificate
