What payment methods can I use for my invoices?

You can set up more than one bank account for your invoice payments and it can be either a Spanish bank, a foreign bank or a neobank such as Revolut or Wise.

How to add more than one account? Log in > Banking > Add bank account

To select one account or another for each invoice you will have to do it when issuing the invoice from New invoice > Bank account.

⚠️ Please note:

  • The bank account you use for payments with Hacienda must always be Spanish. When you select it (before you start filing your tax returns each quarter) it will be marked as "Account chosen for payments with Hacienda".
  • The bank account for Social Security payments will be the one you selected when you registered as autónomo.

 If you want to change it, you will have to contact the Social Security personally, as we cannot change it for you.
