Once your customer has paid for your invoice and the payment has arrived on our platform, we will pay out the net amount directly to your personal bank account. The 5,9% Xolo fee is calculated from the payment amount.

For example, if you receive a payment for a 100 EUR invoice (without VAT) from your customer, we will deduct a 5,9 EUR Xolo fee and you will receive 94,1 EUR on your personal bank account.

If your invoice includes VAT, the Xolo fee will be calculated from the net amount (VAT will be deducted first and paid to the tax authorities).
