Terms and Conditions

Last updated: March 07, 2024

Our Terms and Conditions are available to anyone who visits our website.

In order to use Xolo's services, during registration it is necessary to accept the Terms and Conditions of our service and sign the relevant Service Agreement, which will be available to read during the registration process.

Trial period

As soon as you have completed the registration phase, you will be able to take advantage of a free trial period. The validity period is related to the calendar month, i.e. if you sign up on October 20th, your free trial period will be valid until October 31st.

VAT registration

The opening of the VAT number is always included in the Xolo subscription. However, in the case of a monthly subscription, if you cancel the subscription before 6 months have passed from activation, you will be charged the opening of the VAT fee of €50 + VAT. In the case of an annual subscription, the practice of opening the VAT number is always included and free.

Monthly subscription

How to purchase:

The subscription to the monthly subscription provides for a monthly payment every first of the month by tacit renewal starting from the end of the free trial period.

What it includes:

The monthly subscription includes the use of the Xolo platform and services, the opening of the VAT number and the tax return for the current year.

However:

  • if you cancel your subscription before 6 months have passed from activation, you will be charged the registration and VAT registration fee of €50 + VAT.
  • if you cancel your subscription before April 1st of the year following your subscription , the tax return service will not be considered included in the subscription.

Annual subscription

How to purchase:

Subscription to the annual subscription provides for a single payment and starts from the end of the free trial period and covers the 12 months following the activation date.

What it includes:

In addition to the use of the Xolo platform and services for a period of 12 months, the annual subscription includes the opening of the VAT number and the tax return relating to the year of subscription to the service (if the subscription takes place in 2023 the return included is that of 2024, relating to income produced in 2023).

Cancellation of subscription

The cancellation of the subscription has different times based on the type of subscription subscribed.

Annual subscription

To cancel the annual subscription, it is necessary to give notice 30 calendar days prior to the expiry date of the renewal.

For example, if you subscribed to the annual subscription on 30 November 2022 you will have to communicate your wish to withdraw by 31 October 2023

Monthly subscription

The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time before the new month is charged.

The debit takes place every first of the month, so if the cancellation request takes place after this date, the cancellation will be considered active starting from the following month and you will therefore be able to use the service until the end of the current month.

In case of non-payment Xolo reserves the right to pause or cancel your service at any time.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Xolo subscription at any time. Here is how you can do it:

  • From the platform, following these steps: Log in > Click on your name on the bottom left > Xolo HUB > Plan and Billing > End subscription

After pressing the End button, you will be able to add a reason and comment (if you wish) and then confirm your wish to cancel your subscription. At this point a request will be sent to our team to start the process.

As indicated in the service agreement, you must give 30 days notice of your wish to cancel your Xolo subscription, in order for us to properly process your request.

Please note: Unsubscribing from Xolo does not mean that we will automatically process the closure of your VAT ID or submit any pending returns. Once the subscription has been cancelled, any cost will be totally at your expense.
