How to upload expenses via the Xolo App

Uploading expenses using the Xolo App couldn't be easier!

From the home page hit the big plus, and choose whether you are going to take a photo or upload an existing photo (or pdf).

After selecting the expense you can add a quick description to help our accounting team understand how this expense relates to your business.

Be sure to select whether it is an "Out-of-pocket" expense or not. If you've already paid for the expense with your personal money then it's "Out-of-pocket" if you need the company to pay it then leave the toggle at "No"

When it all looks good then select "Save expense" and you are good to go. Our team will then process the expense and let you know if there are any issues. You can review all your expenses on the main screen of the app.
