1. Eligibility
Gift Senders
This promotion is available to:
- Active, paying Xolo customers in Spain and Italy
- Customers with an active subscription as of December 1st, 2025
Gift Recipients
The offer may be used by:
- New users based in Spain or Italy only.
- Users who previously had a paid Xolo subscription but do not currently have an active paid subscription in Italy or Spain. They need to use the link provided to create a new account with the discount.
- The discount is not available to users with an active paid subscription.
2. Offer Details
Eligible gift recipients receive:
- One (1) free month of their selected Xolo subscription plan (only monthly plans)
3. Key Conditions
- The free month applies to all available Xolo subscription plans
- The discount is valid only when starting a new subscription
- The promotion applies to subscriptions activated by June 30, 2026.
- By redeeming this offer, users agree to maintain an active paid subscription for a minimum period of six (6) months following activation
- If the subscription is cancelled before completing the six-month minimum period, Xolo reserves the right to charge a fee of €50 plus applicable VAT
4. How the Free Period Works
- The free period begins immediately upon activation of a Xolo Spain subscription.
Activation Timing Rules:
- If you activate your subscription on or before the 25th of a month, the free period applies to the remaining days of that same calendar month.
📌 Example: If you subscribe on August 20, your free period runs from August 20 to August 31. - If you activate your subscription after the 26th of a month, the free period includes the remainder of the current month plus the entire following month.
📌 Example: If you subscribe on August 27, your free period lasts until September 30. - After the free period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard plan price, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Sharing the Discount
- The discount code or link is fully shareable
- It may be used multiple times
- There is no usage limit per sender or per code
Each use must comply with the eligibility requirements for new subscriptions.
6. Restrictions
The discount:
- Cannot be applied to an existing subscription
- Cannot be used to:
- Reduce the price of an active subscription
- Extend or modify an ongoing subscription
- Applies only to new paying users
- Grants one free month per eligible subscription
7. Geographic Availability
This promotion is valid only in Spain and Italy and applies only to monthly subscription plans.
Local taxes, including VAT where applicable, are applied according to standard regulations and are not affected by this promotion.
8. After the Free Month
Once the free month ends:
- The subscription continues automatically at the regular plan price
- Standard billing terms apply unless the user cancels before the end of the free period
No additional discounts apply unless explicitly stated in another promotion.
9. Combination with Other Offers
- This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, referral rewards, or promotional offers
- Only one promotional benefit may be applied per subscription signup
10. Changes or Withdrawal
Xolo reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time.
Any changes will not affect subscriptions activated before the changes take effect.
11. Fraud Prevention
Xolo reserves the right to monitor usage and revoke the promotion in cases of misuse, fraud, or abuse, including but not limited to:
- Self-referrals
- Creation of multiple accounts
- Attempts to bypass eligibility requirements
In such cases, Xolo may cancel affected subscriptions or charge the applicable standard fees.
