About Xolo

Carlos Sánchez is the Country Manager of Xolo in Spain, a digital accountant service that uses technology to reduce the time freelancers spend on admin and bureaucracy. Carlos has the challenge of leading the company's landing in the Spanish market, the first in its plan to become the freelance management solution of reference in Europe, and to introduce the product to the freelance ecosystem in our country.

An entrepreneur, passionate about creating and growing new digital businesses that challenge traditional industries, Carlos holds a degree in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and has more than 15 years of experience in which he has worked as a freelancer, founded his own startups and worked in global positions for companies with a strong digital character.

In 2011, after several years of experience as a freelancer and with his own company in the market research sector, he founded the start-up The Data Republic. The company revolutionised the media research industry through Tuitele, the pioneering Social TV analysis solution in Spain. The Data Republic was subsequently acquired by Kantar, where Carlos held a number of global positions, first building the Social TV business and leading its launch in more than 15 countries and later contributing to the company's new product development and digital transformation as Global Head of the Incubation Hub.
