Yes, it's possible to make your share capital payment into your Wise business account. They'll provide you with proof of the payment that you can use to register the transaction with the Estonian authorities.
While previously one could only pay the share capital into an Estonian bank account and a Wise account was not suitable for making the payment, this restriction was removed by an amendment to the country’s Commercial Code at the beginning of 2019.
When making a share capital payment to your Wise business account, insert "share capital payment" into the payment description field and the exact amount has to be €2 500, otherwise Wise will not accept it as share capital payment.
