How do I connect my Stripe account to Xolo Leap?

Once your Stripe account has been created, you should also grant us API access to your transaction data so that we can efficiently take care of your company's accounting and reporting. To do this, you should firstly add us as a team member in Stripe.

To add a new team member in Stripe:

  1. Log in to Stripe and navigate to the 'Settings' tab from the main dashboard.

  2. Under 'Team and Security' click on 'Team members'

  3. Click on '+ New Member' from the top right.

  4. Enter our email address, stripe5@xolo.io , select 'View Only' as the access level and send the invite.

Once you have added us as a team member, our support team will add your Stripe account to your Xolo Leap self-service within 2 business days and you will then have the opportunity to grant us API access.

To grant us API access:

  1. Log in to your Xolo Leap self-service.

  2. Click on the 'Banking' tab

  3. Scroll down to find your Stripe account and click on 'Grant access to Xolo'

  4. You will then be redirected to Stripe's dashboard, sign in.

  5. Choose the account that you want to connect and click on 'Connect my Stripe account'

  6. Finally, you will be redirected back to your Xolo Leap self-service and the integration is completed.
