All necessary payment details for a successful bank transfer are marked on the sales invoice. The customer should initiate the sales invoice payment to your Xolo Go dedicated bank account and Xolo Go should be added as payment beneficiary, otherwise, the payment may be delayed.
Also, for quicker payment processing, the invoice number should be added to the payment description.
NB! Invoices that are issued in any other currency than EUR can only be paid by credit card.
