No. Xolo will provide you with a business account (IBAN) for receiving payments from your customers. Thus there is no need to use other external accounts.
You will need a personal bank account (like Wise, Revolut, Paysera or any other bank) in the SEPA area to receive money from the Xolo Go business account to your personal bank account for personal use.
