How long does it take for payments to arrive to my personal bank account?

Generally, SEPA bank transfers arrive in our platform within 2 business days and SWIFT bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to arrive.

Once your customer's payment has arrived on our platform, we will pay out the net amount directly to your personal bank account.

NB! In order for us to make a payout, please highlight for your customer to add the invoice number in the payment description. Otherwise, the payment to your personal bank account may be delayed.
