You can cancel your Xolo subscription at any time without hassle. You can do this in two ways:
From the platform, following these steps: Log in > Business Profile > Plan & Billing > Cancel Subscription
Once you press the cancel button, you will need to add a reason and a comment (if you want to) and then confirm that you really want to cancel your subscription. A request will be sent to our team to start the process.
By email, send us a message directly to ayuda@xolo.io with the subject: "Unsubscribe from Xolo". Request your cancellation and detail why you want to stop being a Xolo customer.
As stated in the service agreement, you need to give us 30 days notice in order for us to process your unsubscription from the Xolo service.
PLEASE NOTE: Unsubscribing from Xolo does not mean that we will process your autónomo deregistration or file any pending declarations. More info.
