What if I don't receive an email?

If you didn't receive the verification email with the login link, you should check your spam folder in your email account. If it’s not there, and you still haven’t received it after a few minutes, you can try again, ensuring that you entered your email correctly when signing up. The email will be sent from noreply@xolo.io with the subject “Log in to Xolo.”

When you’re unsure which email address you used when signing up with Xolo, please send a short email to support@xolo.io with your full name and ID code for a reminder, or ask to change it for a new one.
