Identity verification is one of the steps you need to complete in your sign up with Xolo. The process usually takes about 3 minutes and once done, you can move on to the next step. Within 10 minutes you will have completed the entire registration.
At Xolo we care about the privacy of our users, so this step is managed by Veriff, an external company with high standards in security and data encryption. These photos will only be used to verify your identity and will be stored securely.
- You will need the camera on your phone or computer and your ID card, NIE or TIE– as long as it has a photo. if not, you can upload your passport.
- Then it's as simple as taking a photo of your ID card on both sides.
💡 Please note:
- Make sure there is good lighting because if the photos come out dark the document will not be legible and you will not be able to complete this step.
- You won’t be able to pass the verification step with a copy or a picture of your ID
