If you need to download your self-employment registration documents, you can do so directly from your platform. Access your profile, click on your name in the bottom left corner, and go to business settings.
Once inside, click on "Documents" and there you will find your DUE (Documento Único Electrónico), which is the document used to register you with both the Tax Agency and Social Security.
If you require Form 036, you can request it by sending an email to ayuda@xolo.io and our team will upload it to the same "Documents" section.
