The payment methods available to pay the Xolo subscription are:
- Credit card
- Direct debit (SEPA)
Xolo’s subscription is charged every 1st day of the month automatically to the payment method that you’ve entered on our platform. To change or update it:
- Click on your company’s name on the left side of the Dashboard footer
- Select 'Xolo Hub'
- Click on the settings button next to your name
- Navigate to the ‘Plan and billing’ and add new card details to ‘Update payment methods’ area.
⚠️ Make sure your payment method is always updated and that you have sufficient funds in your bank account.
