Do I need to do annual reporting?

Last updated: April 22, 2026

As a business owner, yes, you do, even if your company had no activity during the financial year. If your company has been established through Xolo, then the annual reporting is a part of our offered price plans.

Xolo will review your company’s accounting records and prepare the annual report for your review and signature. To enable this, all required information must be submitted in the annual report task list available in the Xolo self-service ‘Reports’ section.

To ensure timely submission and avoid delays, please make sure to complete the annual report task list by March 15.
An additional Xolo fee of €200 + VAT will apply if:

  • The annual report task list is completed after March 15, and
  • As a result, the annual report is submitted after June 30.

The Estonian Tax Authority may impose a fine ranging from €200 to €3,200 (subject to corporate income tax) if the annual report is not submitted on time.
